Customer Service Back Office (f/m/d)

Bio‑Hybrid GmbH is a German tech startup that rethinks and sustainably shapes the future of mobility. For less smog, more smartness and more quality of life. With a team of some 25 members at its Nuremberg and Munich locations, the company is preparing for the production launch of the canopied Bio‑Hybrid pedelec scheduled for mid-2021. In its Passenger, Cargo and Pick-up versions, the new mobility concept closes the gap between bicycles and cars. Originally founded by Schaeffler, the company now operates under the umbrella of the Meisterwerk Group following a management buyout.

Your key responsibilities

  • Serving as direct point of contact for customers in the event of complaints or dissatisfaction
  • Telefonic and written customer support and consulting 
  • Serving as interface between back office and field staff as well as external partners 
  • Creation of maintenance and service offers 
  • Data maintenance in CRM/ERP system 
  • Handling of complaints & service controlling
  • Management of spare parts orders and service agreements

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship/training or comparable qualification 
  • Experience in customer service desirable 
  • Strong service and support orientation 
  • CRM/ERP software skills
  • Self-confident and customer-friendly demeanor
  • Team-focused, communicative personality with an ability to think outside the box
  • Very good written and verbal English language skills
