Key Account Manager (f/m/d)

Bio‑Hybrid GmbH is a German tech startup that rethinks and sustainably shapes the future of mobility. For less smog, more smartness and more quality of life. With a team of some 30 members at its Nuremberg and Munich locations, the company is preparing for the production launch of the canopied Bio‑Hybrid pedelec scheduled for mid-2021. In its DUO, Cargo BOX and Cargo PICK-UP versions, the new mobility concept closes the gap between bicycles and cars. Originally founded by Schaeffler, the company now operates under the umbrella of the Meisterwerk Group following a management buyout.

Your key responsibilities

  • Make a direct impact on the business success of Bio‑Hybrid GmbH
  • Be responsible for turning leads into new customers
  • Build and develop partnerships and business relations with customers in a wide variety of sectors 
    incl. grasp of customer strategy, organizational structure and business model
  • Present our products as part of customer visits, road shows, trade shows and special events up to 
    C-level relevance
  • Participate in building the currently emerging sales organization, define and initiate performant sales processes – focused on high levels of automation 
  • Filter the information and communications flow from customers into the company
  • Understand your role as being the customer’s advocate in the company

Your profile

  • Degree in a technical/engineering or business program or comparable degree/education
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce and omnichannel approach
  • Independent, efficient, target- and solution-oriented working style, paired with a high level of personal responsibility and solid grasp of technology
  • Team-focused, communicative personality with enthusiasm and open-minded thinking
  • Very good written and verbal German and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
