Your key responsibilities
- Assure availability of materials, raw materials and supplies, schedule materials in coordination with purchasing team
- Perform maintenance of scheduling-related material master data and bills of material
- Coordinate inbound delivery dates with receiving department
- Handle complaints in the event of incorrect deliveries
- Participate in continuous improvement of existing material flow and system processes including documentation
- Check order confirmations
- Participate in stock-taking by performing inventory clarifications
- Review and optimize scheduling parameters in consideration of current inventory targets and ongoing requirement changes (inventory controlling)
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Relevant professional experience in the field of warehousing & logistics, order handling and, ideally, in production control and scheduling
- Proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience in working with an ERP system would be a plus
- High level of independence, organizational skills and self-initiative
- Strong team skills, dedication, resilience and assertiveness
- Very good written and verbal German and English language skills
