The Nuremberg insolvency court has appointed Dr. Hubert Ampferl, an experienced restructuring expert from the law firm Dr. Beck und Partner, as the preliminary insolvency administrator. Business operations will continue seamlessly within the scope of the insolvency petition proceedings.
