Bio‑Hybrid family has new members

Welcome aboard! At Bio‑Hybrid GmbH we’re delighted to have three new faces among us. Sandrine Clavreul and Philipp Fischer joined us on April 1 to strengthen our team as business development managers. They help us put the Bio‑Hybrid on the road as fast as possible. Team assistant Julia Beuth supports us in meeting all the challenges a startup typically faces. Read on to meet our new team members.

Mobility in its diverse forms plays a major part in Sandrine’s life. Sandrine (l.) hails from France and cruises through Munich on her bike every day, but doesn’t mind jumping on a metro train or into a car if need be. Enjoying the variety of personal mobility in the city, it comes as no surprise that she’s fired up about the Bio‑Hybrid. With eight years of experience as a buyer and sales manager in the automotive industry under her belt, she now looks at mobility from a different angle. In her role as business development manager Sandrine brings international flair, creativity and interdisciplinary know-how to Bio‑Hybrid GmbH.

Philipp is equally fascinated by motion, mobility and innovations. He loves to think outside the box, is driven by a desire to break through old thought patterns and mental blocks, and to come up with unusual solutions. With a degree in sports economics, Philipp joined the Bio‑Hybrid team from an association for innovation in transportation and logistics, which, in a manner of speaking, has culturally prepared him for his new role. Like Sandrine, Philipp drives our strategic development as a business development manager and looks for partners and customers for the Bio‑Hybrid. He’s already perfectly connected to achieve this.

Julia draws on a wealth of experience as an assistant in various companies. Now our young startup benefits from her background. With strong organizational skills and a healthy dose of resilience, she supports us in all aspects of our business. A structured working style and high level of flexibility are just two of the traits that describe Julia and that she fully contributes to our team. Always upbeat, Julia’s also a valuable asset in handling our international correspondence due to her language skills as a state-certified translator for English and Italian.

Rethinking and raising mobility to new levels is a challenge that requires many bright brains. We’re still looking for people to strengthen our team. If you’d like to become a member of the Bio‑Hybrid family too or know someone who might like to, you’ll find all current vacancies posted here.
